Mr. Gonzalez received his BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign, IL in 1981.
Upon completion of his studies, Mr. Gonzalez attended the graduate sales and application-engineer training program at the Trane Company in LaCrosse, WI for further study in the field of commercial heating and cooling systems. He continued his career with the Trane Company in the Milwaukee, WI field office for 14 subsequent years as a sales/application engineer until 1996.
He then began operating his own business which provides specialized products and services to commercial heating and air conditioning markets in southeastern Wisconsin. It was during this endeavor that Mr. Gonzalez gained has expertise in the theory and application of patio improvement systems.
This expertise and experience subsequently resulted in his founding of Patio Enhancement Group, a company that specializes in the design and installation of outdoor patio improvement systems, including infrared heat, motorized patio roofs, and wind management applications.
Mr. Gonzalez has also served as Secretary, Treasurer, and President of the southeastern Wisconsin affiliate of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers.
Dan Gonzalez is a recognized outdoor patio expert in all areas of outdoor patio improvement, including outdoor restaurant patio design, sizing, and installation of infrared patio heating, motorized patio roofs, and patio wind management.
